Delivery is VERY slow, waited weeks for my order. Purchased a rattan furniture set with a rain cover. Cover is very low quality and the seams ripped as soon as I put it over the furniture set, now unfit for purpose. Certainly not worth the additional upgraded cost!
Customer service communication is poor, no phone number to speak to a real person, only chat option available throughout the weeks I was trying to chase my order, chat agents are very blunt and rude. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Brought 3 seater, and 2 seater Boston sofas very happy with them.Delivery drivers could been bit more helpful.

We ordered the Barcelona 8 seater and I absolutely love my garden furniture! I did have a faulty cushion but I messaged them and I had a replacement sent out to me within a week. Most definitely recommend furniture maxi,

Poor Service. Was given a delivery date and time slot but my order wasn’t delivered and I had not be informed that actually the items weren’t in stock therefore they wouldn’t be delivering it. They still took payment but couldn’t give a time when the items would be back in stock. I had to contact furniture Maxi themselves 3 times to find out what was going on. Ended up requesting a refund because of poor customer service.

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS - FRAUDSTERS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS

The furniture arrived complete with no screws/bolts etc to assemble the bedside cabinet. Good start...
After building the chest of drawers, realised the bottom 2 drawers slide further back than the top drawers, so the thing looks ridiculous.
There is a horizontal bar below the 2 small drawers which prevents the first large drawer sliding as deep as the bottom 2 large drawers. A serious design flaw.
Do not believe the Solid Oak claim - you could build sturdier furniture out of a pack of playing cards.
We contacted Wowcher on Saturday 6th Dec 2020 who escalated this with Furniture Maxi. We have heard nothing back more than a week later.
I just called 0333 241 3060 twice to hear there are no available operators to speak with regarding the matter. I was asked to leave my name and phone number and someone will call me back.
I won't hold my breath.
We will escalate to Trading Standards if this matter is not addressed this week (week commencing 14th December 2020).
Furniture lovely once it was built. When sent there was a panel missing. And one of the drawers was the wrong size. Would put me off ordering from this company in the future
Products are great service and delivery on the other hand we're a joke. Had 6 packages to come and they turned up in dribs and drabs over the space of a 5 week period. Dealing with customer services was a joke they didn't know what I ordered or were it was. Got sorted in the end but would not recommend this company.
